Great news due to overwhelming success at Oldhill on Monday mornings and St Pauls Blackheath on Wednesday mornings we are now relaunching at Sons of Rest, Blackheath on Monday Afternoons from 13th July after a full refurb at the venue

Our own branded T Shirts were launched with great success earlier this year and look brill on everyone in Pink or Purple - see on our shop or buy at one of the classes

We are having a Fun evening out at Brierly Hill Civic- everyone welcome. Will try and get some great photos to share.
